Amy Turner, LPC, LADC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in the State of Oklahoma, practicing as a therapist in Tulsa. My education and professional background in both the mind and the body gives me a unique and effective approach to counseling. I work to provide clients with tailored treatment plans that can be integrated into their daily lives.

I have a master’s level education in counseling psychology. Prior to becoming a counselor, I was a program director for sober living homes for women and have been serving individuals for over twenty years. Outside of private practice, I have worked as a therapist in a non-profit residential treatment center, a private mental health and substance abuse agency, and as a supervisor in these settings. I have experience treating adolescents, and adults with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns. I have training in EMDR, integrative therapy, Gottman method, and mindfulness therapy as well as coaching and leadership. I am an eclectic style cognitive behavioral therapist. People of all backgrounds, cultures, faiths, races, and sexual orientations are welcome in my practice.
