WHAT TO EXPECT: 
1. Schedule
Contact us to schedule your assessment and receive instructions about what you'll need to bring. We will have you sign some consents in our client portal and fill out some information, then we will schedule the assessment - you will need to pay 50% of the full assessment fee at time of scheduling (remaining balance due at time of assessment).

2. Complete the Assessment
You'll complete the required questionnaires and meet individually with an assessor.

3. Discuss Your Results
Your assessor will review the information gathered during the assessment and discuss the appropriate recommendations.

4. Complete Any Referrals or Recommendations from Your Assessor
Depending on the results of your assessment, your assessor may recommend you attend educational classes for DUI or defensive driving, substance abuse or relapse prevention classes, or other services to meet requirements of assessment completion.

5. Receive Your Documentation
You'll receive the appropriate documentation (red stamp or other) following completion of the assessment process. If you were recommended any classes, you'll need to bring proof of completion to receive documentation.
