My ideal client is one who is sick and tired of being sick and tired. He or she has finally said "no more, it's time for help". Although substance use is my forte', I have worked with depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health issues.
I provide both individual and group work in addiction as well as most other co-occurring mental health conditions with a CBT, client focused and solution focused framework.
I enjoy reaching my clients where they're at and guiding them to self-actualization. To help them see that just about any situation can be bettered if you have the right guide. Therapists are like medications, they work differently in everyone. I hope I can be the right match for you and get you on your path to wellness
