Hey! My name is Stephanie Ledford. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor Candidate. I have experience with those affected by addiction, family reunification, those struggling with anxiety/depression, PTSD, OCD and more. I have a passion for women's issues, children, and relationship dynamics.

Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and progress is not always linear. I'm here to assist you with your goals, by using evidence-based therapies and practical self-help techniques.
