I specialize in family systems, attachment and trauma. I have training in EMDR, Circle of Security, and many other attachment based treatments. My perspective and values are humanistic. I truly believe people have the capacity to overcome hardship, pain and despair in an affirming, understanding environment. People of all backgrounds, cultures, faiths, races, and sexual orientations are welcome in my practice.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the State of Oklahoma. My focus is "systemic" because I believe all aspects of the environment contribute to the individual. I have a master's level education in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and couples with diverse backgrounds and ranges of concerns.
