Juliann Gillette, LPC
Juliann is accepting new clients with availability in the next 1-2 weeks.
My experience as a Counselor, and prior to that, as a high school teacher, taught me that we all make mistakes and harbor emotional wounds at one time or another. I have been in my own recovery for Co-Dependency for over 23 years and I am committed to helping individuals and families affected by addiction. I am also a Cancer Survivor. I am devoted to easing the painful experience of others and very importantly, their caregivers, on this and similar journeys.
My work includes individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Family Systems. I utilize creative tools which can be very useful such as Dream Work, Journaling, Creative Writing and Art. Also, I have been practicing Mindfulness Meditation for over 25 years and have seen that Mindfulness can be a key piece for any type of recovery.
Facing addiction or any other crisis in life is too difficult a journey to go through alone. I encourage you to reach for the benefit that comes from emotional support. This can lead to gaining confidence in trusting your own inner guidance. If you are experiencing any of the above or another important life transition, I would love to meet with you and help you along on this journey.
