I provide counseling for those struggling with various mood difficulties such as anxiety, depression and bipolar. In addition, I work with individuals and families seeking help from addictions in the form of substance use and gambling addictions. I also provide counseling for the loved ones who are coping with a family member's addiction.
For over 20 years I’ve had the privilege to work with people seeking change. I am a dually licensed Professional Counselor and Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am also an Internationally Certified Gambling Counselor. I have provided years of Board Certified supervision to numerous professional counselors.
In my practice we will collaborate to look at existing strengths, resources & positive traits to identify and achieve your goals. I utilize a holistic approach that includes solution focused & cognitive behavioral techniques. This process allows for you to develop skills and strategies towards enhanced wellness and improved living.
