I have worked in the addiction and mental health field for over 34 years working in substance abuse, eating disorders, co-occurring disorders and codependency with both adult and adolescents. I work with both individuals or families. I have been in my own recovery for over 36 continuous years and have dedicated myself to helping those still suffering from addiction and mental health issues. Lastly, I was awarded the “Dennis Auld Professional of the Year 2009” for continuous and unselfish devotion to Oklahoma and National Drug and Alcohol Services for individuals, families and communities. My specialty is “Family Systems” work, which can start with you individually or with your family. Addiction is a family disease by which I mean it effects the entire family’s functioning. Codependency is one of the issues that must be addressed if the family is to recover. My years of experience will help guide the family through these difficult issue.
